  • The built in Porch Area can be used as an auxillary bedroom, with single bed.
  • There is Satellite TV with U.K. programmes, and DVD Recorder/Player located in the Lounge.
  • There is also a second TV in the Porch area which has a DVD player ( for kids etc to watch DVD's)
  • We have a selection of Patio Furniture and Sun Beds for clients use.
  • There is a full Kitchen with Fridge Freezer, Cooker, Microwave, Kettle, Iron etc.
  • We provide linen & towels, but request Guests to bring own beach towels.
  • A £50-00 Security deposit is required.
  • Our local representives will meet you at the Villa on arrival.
  •  The Villa is NON-SMOKING,
and therefore request that Guests do not smoke inside the Villa.
